Abstract: As the demand for personal fitness device increases and the market share of such devices strives, more efficient and innovative fitness devices and applications are needed for the consumers.This paper is a reseach into varies technologies for the design and development of a such fitness and well-being assessment system. By comparing and contrasting modern implementations of different platform, a feasible system design is constructed and implemented. The completed system contains an mobile application, a bluetooth sensor module , a database and a server. Moreover, this system is designed to not only be capable of sensing and storing users data and body parameter readings, but also provide meaningful and constructive assessment feedbacks to the user based on their body parameters. This is the reason why it is called personalized well-being assessment and feedback system. This paper also discussed on calculateing the well-being score which takes in to consideration of all the data retrived by the mobile and bluetooth sensor.
