Title: Plan to improve ship repair system
Authors: Leong, Ting Wei
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Industrial engineering::Engineering logistics
Issue Date: 2015
Abstract: Ship management is never an easy task, with several ships of different build and system. When a ship breakdown, repair need to proceed as soon as possible to incur the lowest possible cost. This is to allow the ship to be back to operation quickly. However, with such a wide spread of ship type and build, it will be hard to zoom in to find a good repair solution across the fleet. What this report hope to achieve is to slim line the fleet management system and hope to overall improve the repair project efficiency.
