Issue Date: 2015
Abstract: This paper presents a smart charging schedule algorithm for electrical vehicles. For this optimized schedule, the stability of power grid together with the convenience of driving has been focused. This schedule minimized the peak hour total power demand and profits to EV owners. Solar energy as the renewable energy supply has been taking into consideration as well. In simulation, two types of simulation have been done. They are simulation with different EV amount and simulation with different participation percentage of EV. Electricity generation cost, peak hour current and average cost and average cost of each EV owner for each day of charging energy have been used as evaluation criteria.
