Abstract: Build and internally validate, based on deterministic and stochastic approaches, a tractable model of the interactions between various important molecules involved in the mitotic exit of budding yeast; and implement a workable hybrid method that has a simulation speed close to that of the deterministic approach but also an accuracy similar to that of the stochastic approach.
