|Title:||Structure and properties of TLCP/polymer composites||Authors:||Teo, Wee Yang.||Keywords:||DRNTU::Engineering::Materials::Organic/Polymer electronics||Issue Date:||2005||Abstract:||In this study, a CaCO3 filled PEN composite was blended with a thermotropic liquid crystalline polymer (LC5000). The scope of this research focuses on the development and characterization of a ternary polymer blend system comprising of PEN, LC 5000 and CaCO3. The pre-blended polymer blend was extruded through a capillary die, followed by a series of rheological, morphological and mechanical characterization.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10356/6524||Rights:||Nanyang Technological University||Fulltext Permission:||restricted||Fulltext Availability:||With Fulltext|
