|Title:||新马华语语系女明星的形象与社会语境 ：以黎明为例 = Singapore and Malaysia sinophone female star’s image and social context : a case study on Lai Meng||Authors:||周静怡 Zhou, Jingyi||Keywords:||DRNTU::Humanities::Language::Chinese||Issue Date:||2015||Abstract:||在特殊的多元族群以及语言糅杂化的社会结构下，新马华语语系电影的发展难免被其所在的社会语境以及国家政策所影响。本文将会借用明星理论对于明星的定义，再结合华语语系理论对入围台湾金马奖最佳女配角的新马明星黎明进行初探，以她作为个案探讨新马女明星如何通过表演华语语系再现新马的社会语境以及国家意识形态。本文也将对黎明从早期到近期的电影代表作——《有求必应》与《钱不够用2》进行分析，并讨论两部喜剧电影所要再现的社会现象。除此之外，文中将会以通过笔者亲身采访黎明而得到的第一手资料，从而探讨黎明的生平经历和其他演艺事业如何造就其明星形象。本文最后也会阐述黎明的明星形象从早期“超级女人”到“传统母亲”的转变，从而总结上述两部电影中的明星形象的转变究竟如何再现了不同年代的新马社会语境和国家意识形态。Due to the diverse ethnic groups in Singapore and Malaysia, which resulted in a society with linguistic creolisation, the development of Singapore and Malaysia Sinophone cinema was inevitably influenced by the social context of two countries as well as policies implemented by the government. Using the Star Theory and Sinophone Theory, this paper will be discussing on how Singapore and Malaysia Star, Lai Meng who scored a nomination at Taiwan’s prestigious 45th Golden Horse Awards at the age of 81, is a representation of Singapore and Malaysia’s social context and ideologies. Firstly, this thesis will provide a history of the ups and downs of Singapore and Malaysia Sinophone Cinema industries, which were affected by the society, government and economy in different stages of their evolution. Thus, the representation of the social phenomenon in Singapore and Malaysia will be discussed using the analysis of Lai Meng’s movies, one from the early days of her acting career, and one recently, respectively “Yau Kau Bi Ying” and “Money Not Enough 2”. Through the first-hand material obtained by interviewing Lai Meng, this thesis will also show how the star image of Lai Meng was constructed by her personal experiences and her acting career. Lastly, this thesis will elaborate on the change of Lai Meng’s star image, from “Superwoman” (the alternative type) to “traditional mother” (the social type).
