Enbloc Sale permits proprietors to offer their properties at a higher cost than the price they could obtain in the open business sector. This is because enbloc sale will consider development potential or the unused area in their properties into the land cost. Meanwhile, it also allows developers to utilize their purchased land / development’s potential. In this project, we will do the En-bloc investigation for Lakepoint Condominium.
