dc.description.abstractSince Singapore becoming a developed country, increasing rate of energy demand becomes a big problem. Therefore, it is very important to develop a modern energy management system to fit this new flow. In this system, the consideration for electric vehicles (EV) also needed. EV could play an important role in the decarbonizing of road transport. Thus, energy management system which is known as ‘Smart Grids’ need to be integrated with electric vehicle management system to lower the costs and also to increase the efficiency.en_US
