Abstract: This thesis consists of four chapters. In chapter 1, a brief overview about the difunctionalization of alkenes was included. Chapter 2 described a difunctionalization reaction of alllylic alkenes using metal-free system. Chapter 3 presented a C-C cleavage reaction in palladium-catalyzed aminooxgenation reaction of allylic hydrazones. In chapter 4, an iron-catalyzed aromatic C-H bonds amination using azides as nitrogen source was disclosed.
