Title: A study on China contractors' project management practices in Singapore
Authors: Yang, Wen Hui
Keywords: DRNTU::Engineering::Civil engineering::Construction management
Issue Date: 2004
Abstract: As the Singapore construction market size is considerably small and the market also is tending to mature, the space of expansion for contractors in Singapore is very limited. At the same time, as more and more foreign contractors enter into Singapore, the already-severe competition becomes even fierce. It is not uncommon to see constructors become bankrupt in this industry due to various reasons.
