|Title:||A study of buildability and productivity on design and build projects in the building industry||Authors:||Yeo, Lock Hoe.||Keywords:||DRNTU::Engineering::Civil engineering::Construction management||Issue Date:||2003||Abstract:||The objective of the study is to examine the factors that affect buildability and productivity, its correlation between buildability, productivity and cost efficiency for the building project. A case study on a design and build building project was undertaken to examine the above factors and its correlation. The study shows that there is a direct correlation between buildability and productivity, which implies that generally projects with good buildability, exhibits higher productivity.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10356/6622||Rights:||Nanyang Technological University||Fulltext Permission:||restricted||Fulltext Availability:||With Fulltext|
