dc.description.abstract | The objective of the study is to examine the factors that affect buildability and productivity, its correlation between buildability, productivity and cost efficiency for the building project. A case study on a design and build building project was undertaken to examine the above factors and its correlation. The study shows that there is a direct correlation between buildability and productivity, which implies that generally projects with good buildability, exhibits higher productivity. | en_US |
