新加坡华人与中国关系的转变 : 以1979年至2000年新加坡华人对中国直接投资为例 = The shift in relations of Singaporean Chinese and China : a case study of Singaporean Chinese foreign direct investment in Mainland China, 1979-2000

Abstract

中国改革开放再次连接海外华侨华人与中国联系网络。海外华资成为中国外资的主力，也是中国发展重要的推力。新加坡是东南亚最后一个与中国签订外交关系的东盟国家，却在2013年成为中国最大的投资国。与华人资本在中国相连的一个重问题便是他们对华投资的动机。在海外华人研究中对海外华人的分析往往视海外华侨华人为单一群体。而新加坡有别于其他海外华人社群，是中港台之外华人占大多数的国家。本论文将从1979年至2000年新加坡对中国直接投资性质的改变为研究对象，希望从中探讨新加坡华人与中国关系的转变。笔者从中国与新加坡收集到的数据发现有下列几个方面的分析：东南亚各国对华人的态度、新加坡政府国家政策和中国对华商经济政策影响了新加坡华商的身份认同感及对华投资选项。文化资本成为海外华侨华人与中国联系的纽带。

China's Reform and Opening-Up policy rebuild a strong network between the Overseas Chinese and China. Overseas Chinese Capital has makes up a bulk of China's foreign capital, and has been one of the key drivers of China's rapid economic growth. Singapore has become China's top investor in 2013, though was the last country in Southeast Asia to establish formal diplomatic relation with China. An important question with regards to Overseas Chinese Capital in China is the motivation behind the great inflow of Overseas Chinese investment in mainland China.
