It has become an essential in our daily live. The purpose of this project is to explore the possibility of integrating such technology into our Clicker Quiz system where student uses a device to submit answers to a system and the results are tabulated and display on the screen. There’s a number of problems with the current system and I hope this project will be able to solve the problem and to improve the system making it suitable for anyone to use it. The idea of a system integrating both Mobile and Web is not being use frequently and I believe there’s a huge potential is going into such system and explore the possibilities of such system. CUIZ is a system consist of a mobile application and a web application that allows users to answer question using the mobile application and all the answers collected will be displayed on the web application. Students will be able to install the application onto the mobile phone and using it to answer the quiz like how they use to. However since it’s on a mobile phone, the student will most likely bring it with them thus eliminating excuse like forgetting to bring the device. Professors will also not need to take a lot of time to learn how to host a clicker quiz. Simply by following the instructions on the application, he/she will understand how to use it in a short while. Due to the fact that everything is stored in a server in the cloud, there will be no problem with hardware issues unlike the current system. Furthermore, if the school allows the school account to be integrated into this project, it will greatly enhance the project by further increasing the potential of the system to include more features like logging in with their own account and also allowing the application to query from the Blackboard At the end, the proto type will be tested by a few selected individual and will be shown to a few individuals for their feedback on how to improve the future version of the system.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10356/66457||Rights:||Nanyang Technological University||Fulltext Permission:||restricted||Fulltext Availability:||With Fulltext|
