As a competitive strength sport, despite it doe not require as much technique as weightlifting, powerlifting training is still very taxing physically and mentally, so it requires proper programming to progress and avoid injuries as well as balance between daily life and training. There are tons of training programs available online and some of them are very popular. However, most of those programs, if not all, have very rigid arrangements and it would be hard for someone who is busy working or studying everyday to comply. The best way to training is still hiring a qualified coach but it is not feasible to most amateurs. This project will solve this problem.
