Another good example of involving social interaction is O2O Platforms, such as Goupon and Meituan(China), they promote online deals around the users and allow them to consume offline in merchant’s physical store. The idea of Topaz app come across with this two concepts, SNS (social networking site) and O2O (online to offline). It combines and integrates the features available in SNS and O2O, allows users to search nearby merchants, create online dating with friends, sharing information and sending/receiving message from different friends. The purpose of Topaz app is to connect the merchants with the need of socialize from online users directly. Products and services available nearby the users will use to create a scene/trigger for making virtual social networking to reality social networking. This report provides a detail description and analysis about Topaz business concept, such as the revenue model, unique competitive advantages.
