Abstract: This report details the communications campaign, Familiar Strangers, that aims to bridge the social gap between low-wage migrant workers and Singaporeans. This is done through the sharing of first-person narratives written by them, to increase knowledge and improve sentiments towards them. Familiar Strangers is run by four final year undergraduates from the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyang Technological University.
