Abstract: Land reclamation projects are becoming more important and necessary for national planning of infrastructure construction and urbanization, especially for developing land-scarce countries as a result of rapid population growth. As reclamation projects, for e.g., land reclamation for commercial or industrial purpose, involve huge amount of resources, so that the sound knowledge of construction project management is one of the key success factors for land reclamation projects.
