A survey was conducted on a sample of developers, architects, engineering consultants and contractors to detenninc the factors affecting the effectiveness and efficiency of the various coinponents of COREN ET. Descriptive statistics and regression inodels were used to analyse the results with the aid of SPSS Version 12.0. It was observed that CORENET proves to be effective and efficient in one way or the other.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/10356/6704||Rights:||Nanyang Technological University||Fulltext Permission:||restricted||Fulltext Availability:||With Fulltext|
