Abstract

To be emotionally self-sufficient is something we do not think about everyday. There are some even, who struggle very much with this. To be emotionally self-sufficient is to love and to accept yourself wholesomely, to honor and validate your own emotions. The concept of my project revolves around being emotionally self-sufficient. It questions one’s stand of what perfection defines and how it can at times differ from what another might think. Allowing people to consider the wabi-sabi concept, the notion of which we can accept the imperfection and that some things in nature will grow and decay one day. The idea which you should accept yourself for who you really are.
