E-tutoring system for C-programming language

Abstract

Nowadays, e-learning has become a popular way in modern education, especially for programming. However, although there are a lot of learning management systems (LMS) as well as a variety of programming-purpose educational resources, there is still a lack of an integrated system which is able to use technology to provide highly effective learning of C programming language. This project making use of Moodle open-source software builds an outstanding C language e-tutoring system. Plugins for Moodle, HTML5, PHP and CSS3 are used to develop the whole platform. Students are provided quite a few well-designed features for C language learning while teachers are provided an open and user friendly platform to build their courses. The learning will be conducted both interactively and independently, which leads to a great improvement on effectiveness of C language learning for the whole system.
