Abstract: Many years as technology has advanced the lack of a smart and cost effective method for underwater monitoring system has always discourage many fish hobbyist to continue moving onward to bigger setup. However, this project would like to challenge this and bring out the best of a low cost and much efficient system that is able to monitor the ecosystem. Through combinations of smart controller within the market, the result of this project has proven that such object can be met and results has shown of a clear and smooth live streaming of video while situated underwater.
