dc.description.abstractThe objective of this project is to carry out security testing on web applications. After testing, recommendations and conclusions have to be drawn on the factors that affect the performance of the web application tested. Security testing tools have been used to test the web application and server. Analysis on the tools used were given to help facilitate testing. After which performance tests were carried out. Procedures and detailed analysis were explained and a conclusion was drawn from the tests. The conclusion drawn was that depending on how many users were accessing the web application, different factors would play a different impact on the performance of the web application.en_US
