Abstract: The power source from the power sockets is normally too high for the electrical appliance. If the input power is too high, the appliance will be damaged and this could even cause harm to the user. This project is about creating a regulator to step-down the power source from the power socket to a power that is suitable for the appliances to use. The report will go in depth on how the regulator works and how the components work in the circuit itself.
