Abstract: The objective of this project is to make a blue light system, which facilitates the experiment on light-mediated transcriptional activation and repression of gene expression in bacteria. Along the way, the design of circuit, control program and 3D model are carried out, after which the physical blue light system is also built,improved and tested to be used in experiments.
