Abstract: Integrated Intelligent Building Management System, also called as I2BMS, is an upgraded version of Intelligent Building Management, which is very popular in these years. Intelligent building, which is an important product of information and computer era, provides efficient, comfortable and safe space for people by optimal design ^. In this dissertation project, the core technology we used is Windows Form, which is a new platform of Microsoft Windows application development, and based on .NET Framework. This structure provides clear, object-oriented and extensible category set which makes user easier to develop various Windows application. So far, there are only a few software which can provide supervisory control and data acquisition to help design I2BMS. Also, I2BMS can keep up with the trend of the rapid progress on information and computer technology development. Based on the current situation, we decide to use Windows Form to develop this software to aid the design of I2BMS. This software utilizes Windows Form to offer good interface and easy operation to users and help them solve the problem of task of small and medium-sized configuration monitoring.
