Abstract: Due to a wildly use of smart phone with the camera, together with the willingness of people of sharing their photo and drawing on the social network, there is a huge market of photography and beauty, styling application. This project is to develop an Android application for enhancing photos with artist effect. The project is developed in JAVA and it uses OpenCV for Android for image filtering. All the other functions are implemented using android API. There are other functions of draw on zoomed image, select the brush, pen or eraser and pick the color are implemented in this application, provide many choices for picture editing. The result of the project is a lite photography application with painting ability. The user can draw on the filtered photo to create their artwork within a few steps.
