Abstract: Almost everyone owns a smartphone at a very young age where they use it to shop, play games and chat with friends. They may think that they are confident to be safe online. However, they may not think about the consequences of their action and disclose too much information about themselves. Hence, the objective of this project is to develop a mobile security application that can be run on Android platform to protect the user phone. This project aims to develop a mobile application to provide enhanced security and monitoring usage in which the administrator is given full control over the user phone to monitor the movement. This project was done using the official IDE, Android Studio, to develop Android application. Various libraries were added for the Android application such as GSON and Google API Client. All the data will be stored in the SQLite database. This project has been successfully delivered and implemented despite several challenges along the way. Tests, such as black box testing were conducted to identify and correct the bugs.
