Abstract: EZ-Lifestyle is a simple offline-android app which motivates and provide guidance for users who are beginners or those to neglect to exercise due to the busy schedule. Bodyweight exercise is recommended. The target audience for this exercise app is 18 years old and above or anyone who are capable of doing simple exercises. The user may browse through some of the common exercises that are done by athletes such as jumping jacks and crunches. It is not necessary for the users to know all type of exercises to keep themselves fit and healthy. The name, details and the GIF photos of the exercises are provided so that the user may follow the guidance. Types of exercises such as strength, cardio and endurance exercise are included in this app so that the user will have a guidance in focusing the type of exercise that they want to achieve at the end of the day. For beginners who are unsure of the type of workout that they want to begin with, they may start with basic exercises such as push-up and sit up. The difficulty level of the exercise is included in the app so that the user may do more repetition in more advance level. Exercise is important. Stretching is essential for user to carry out before, which is dynamic stretching, and after workout which is static stretching to prevent injury. A short description about these two stretches are included in the app as well. Most importantly is to ensure that the users will have an easy experience in using this app and they can learn common exercises that they can do in their workout in the future.
