Abstract

The sound of the alarm coming from a generator gets the attention of a sole survivor, a scavenger whose name is long forgotten. The alarm means that the generator is out of power once again. The generator is vital to his survivability in this deserted world. He sets up to a journey to find a scarce energy crystal, which is the power source of the generator, with a little to no hope of finding one. On coincidence, he finds not only one, but a pair of energy crystal. He is not the only one who finds that crystal, an unknown A.I. robot is one step ahead. He sneaks up and grabs the crystal from the robot, and run away. The robot, who is running low in power too, chase up the scavenger in order to grab the crystal back. They both fight for the crystal, not for long before the robot runs out of power. It is up to the scavenger to take the energy crystal in order to survive longer alone, or to share the crystal with the robot and get a companion to fight together for the future.
