Abstract: There is the previous version of Graphical User Interface for the data analysis from C program. However, little was done on functionalities and the user’s perspective in using the application. The overall existing user interface is dull: simple layout containing basic functionalities. The primary objective of this project is to continue the development of graphical user interface, and concurrently to transform the look, so that an advanced data analysis can be done seamlessly with better visualizations. This report documents the development process of graphical user interface for step detection program. The documentation presented in the following chapter describe the motivation behind the project, the objective and scope of the project. That is followed by the discussion on design and implementation details. Next, the final results of the user interface and comparison were showcased in chapter 4. The performance of the graphical user interface has been tested in various test cases scenarios. Moreover, the deployment of the application was also covered. The last chapter of the report will conclude with the summary of work the author had done throughout the year, and suggestions that could be done for the future improvements.
