Abstract: This research project is about Leading Change, dynamic change through the effective deployment of TQ strategies. AlliedSignal is a three-legged conglomerate. This project traces the AlliedSignal TQ journey through the study of the company’s resource materials available and the authors personal experience as a manager and TQ coordinator for the Singapore Plant; identifies uniqueness and success factors; and develop a framework for implementation.
