Investment evaluation and risk analysis in Youngchuan-Luzhou highway project.

Abstract

By using Yongchuan-Luzhou Highway Project as an example, this paper tries to (i) show the dynamic of a highway project business; (ii) illustrate the ways to evaluate a highway project by calculating its financial benefits and identifying the critical risk factors in the investment; (iii) discuss the methods of mitigating the risks.
