This paper provides insights into the manufacturing industries of provinces in Western Canada, namely Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The first two chapters of the reports give a quick overview of the nature of the industries in the different provinces and highlight particular sectors that are geared for growth in the future. Government initiatives are explored to outline how the Federal and Provincial Governments of Canada play the role of supporting the manufacturing industries. Finally, the report explores the emerging trends in the various industries and identifies the major investment opportunities.en_US
