Abstract: The purpose of this report is to analyze the property market from 2009 to 2017. Highlighting the upward trend and the downward trend of the market and the factors causing the market to be in the upward and downward trend. This report is using PEST analysis to analyze the property market. It covers Political, Economic, Social and Technological. This report will cover the private residential property market in Singapore. The property market evolves around the fundamental principle of supply and demand. From the data collect, we analysis the market using PEST analysis and concluded that political and economical affect the property market significantly.
