Authors: Hu, Chia Chih.
Keywords: DRNTU::Business::Finance::Capital market
Issue Date: 2003
Abstract: This thesis analyzes the causal linkage between capital account liberalization and currency crisis in four crisis-hit countries. Based on the Rajan and Zingales framework (1998) we combine the quantitative and qualitative studies in this thesis in a multidimensional approach that takes into account other important institutional variables such as reforms in the financial sector.
