Abstract

This study took a look at the process of venture investing, both from the venture capitalists' and the fund-seeking companies' standpoints. It looked at the evaluation criteria used by these venture capitalists as well as the general perception (from the venture capitalists' standpoint) of what are lacking in Singapore companies.
