Abstract: Investigations on high performance thermoelectric materials are attracting a lot of attention. The potential applications for thermoelectric materials as a thermoelectric refrigeration system and also as a thermoeletric generator. The primary focus will be on the study of InSe doped with Sn, as past researches has shown that InSe doped with Sn has shown improved value on the figure of merit. The results obtained will show the efficiency of InSe doped with Sn and Sn substitute with InSe along with other characteristics that will be affecting the efficiency.
