Jump : Android application for F&B pre-ordering and personalisation

Abstract

Jump is a food and beverage (F&B) pre-ordering mobile application that can be easily accessed and customized by independent vendors. It allows customers to pre-order their food based on their expected arrival time, saving customers the time and hassle of having to physically queue for their food and wait for their food to be prepared. Jump can drastically reduce vendors’ cashiering and waitering manpower requirement. Also, it will allow F&B establishments to manage their food supply and queues more efficiently, lowering the real estate space needed to hold dine-in customers and physical queues. It will also provide vendors with a real-time customer management system to track customer orders and publish promotions and manage membership programs, helping them to acquire and maintain customer loyalty.
