A new paradigm for Taiwanese semiconductor distributors.

Abstract

This dissertation provides an overview of the semiconductor distribution business in Taiwan, including its mode of operation and the challenges faced by the Taiwanese semiconductor distributors. More importantly, the dissertation concentrates on finding the ideal business model that would enable Taiwan’s semiconductor distributors to be successful in this new era when China is the emerging global low-cost manufacturing base.
