Title: Public sector pricing : the case of Singapore's mass rapid transit.
Authors: Li, Huihui.

Issue Date: 2000
Abstract: Public sector pricing policies are well documented in the previous research literature, they often involve costly and time consuming data gathering and computational requirements, therefore they are not easily adapted to the real-world implementation. Another deficiency of the existing models is that they are not capable of addressing the questions of price efficiency evaluation. Until now, public sector price efficiency evaluation is still a gray area.
