Investing in real estate

Abstract

This project is about real estate in Singapore, people cannot without the place to live, the property is very important to everyone no matter it is commercial or residential. Because of that, we need to do the analysis for the huge amounts of data so that we can know how it works, how the price changes during past decades and how to choose the location for live or invest. We will discuss four parts to analysis, there are commercial transaction part, commercial rental part, residential transaction part and residential rental part. From these four parts, use the data to show how the price change from 2000 to recently, how the median price change for different property type for different planning area in Singapore. The project will help people have a basic understand for real estate in Singapore and know how to choose or invest on the property.
