Title: Design and development of voice-controlled CANSAT

Abstract: The CanSat, also know as Can in a Satellite has been a crucial tool in allowing keen individuals and groups understand the working principle of a real satellite. The increasing need for more people to understand the CanSat has extend the author’s concern to a group of special needs people. The aim to make outreach programs more interactive and fun has also contributed to the cause of this project. This report will be split into two parts. The first part will be the integration of BitVoicer Server, a speech recognition software with the CanSat. The second part will be the design and development of a Graphical User Interface (GUI) by C# programming to display and illustrate the results of a Voice-controlled CanSat. This final report serves to documents the accomplishments, progress and result of the author’s final year project.
