房地产业在经济发展中的作用 = The role of estate industry in economic development

Abstract

This thesis studies the case of estate industry in Jilin province. Using the real estate model, we analyzed the development of the housing policy and housing market in Jilin province for the past decade. The results show that the estate industry in Jilin has the following characteristics: (1) estate firms are on a small scale; (2) financing source of the estate firms are too narrow.
