Abstract: Physically Unclonable Functions (PUF) have been an interest in the security technology world. Although, PUFs have been theoretically proven to be better than the existing technology such as Radio Frequency Identity (RFID), smart cards and/or Near Communication Devices which uses Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), they still have disadvantages to overcome. Examples of these disadvantages are maintaining the Bit Error Rate (BER), durability and reliability. This project aims to refer to Challenge Response Pair SRAM PUF technique and modify that technique to achieve a more durable and reliable SRAM PUF.
