Title: | Eliminate noise algorithm on medical application | Authors: | Harsono | Keywords: | DRNTU::Engineering::Electrical and electronic engineering | Issue Date: | 2018 | Abstract: | Blood Oxygenation Level Dependence (BOLD) changes based on human activities. The activities include respiration and pulse of blood flow in the brain. Respiratory and cardiac variation over time and variation for each body. This variation causes the amount of oxygen flow to the brain not constant. The amount of oxygen flow to the brain is lesser when the breath is deeper and faster. This inconstant causing of incorrect result during Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) test. This noise is called Physiological noise. This Final year project aim to analyse the physiological noise and different method for reduction of this physiological noise. Two noise reduction methods will be investigated and compare the different between both method. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10356/75438 | Rights: | Nanyang Technological University | Fulltext Permission: | restricted | Fulltext Availability: | With Fulltext |
