Abstract: High heel shoes are one of the most commonly worn foot apparel by the ladies. It is however one of the most dangerous foot wear a woman can wear due to the elevated height. Causes such as twisting of ankles, knee injuries, back injuries are sustained from prolonged wearing of high heel shoes. Prolonged wearing of high heel shoes is a common concern for many office and non-office ladies. Activities like driving a car and rushing to certain place cannot be done without any difficulties while having the high heel shoes on. Hence, being able to change the length of the high heel shoes to suit everyday activities has a great advantage. This saves all the hassle to bring extra shoes or slippers when completing various daily tasks especially for office ladies who works the whole day in an office environment and for ladies whose work requires them to move around the clock.
