Abstract: This report declares the design and implementation of a remote health monitoring system based on the index of the heart rate of the patient. Fast heart rate is closely associated with a variety of metabolic diseases. It is an important risk factor for the occurrence of cardiovascular disease. Aiming at the index of heart rate, this paper will design a device that can collect patient heart rate data in real time and communicate with mobile phone through Bluetooth, and upload data to remote servers, making it convenient for doctors to analyze and monitor. The wearable device uses the analog pulse HRV heart rate biosensor to collect the heart rate data of the patient, and then sends the data to the mobile phone through the microcontroller and Bluetooth module. The mobile phone terminal APP can receive the data and analyze the ECG frequency chart and display the ECG in real time. User registration and login function at the same time in the mobile phone terminal allow new users to register accounts to keep their heart rate data. In order to facilitate the timely treatment of patients with emergency situations, a rapid heart rate alarm function is added in the mobile phone terminal. When the patient's heart rate is too fast, the APP automatically detects the change and emergency contact and send alarm messages to reserved user contact in the form of alarm call.
