dc.description.abstractWith the uprising trend of smartphones and tablets, it is no surprise that the education sector has started implementing the usage of these smart devices to enhance learning. Education is no longer just confined to the classroom, people are now able to gain more knowledge via the internet. It is now said that knowledge can be easily obtain in the palms of a hand. Companies have start developing various mobile applications in order to assist students in learning, teachers in teaching and parents in following up on their children’s school progress. Two of such applications are MySchoolWay and ClassDojo. Both these mobile apps allow users to obtain regular updates. However, there is still a lack of communication between all the users involved. With an application like the “Collaborative Education”, the users are not only able to communication with one another on the go and at the same time, keep track of student’s progress and set up lesson planning.en_US
