|Title:||新谣前后的歌曲研究 ：论梁文福歌词中的青春文化、怀旧情怀和国族叙事 = Research on pre-post Xinyao songs : youth culture, nostalgia and nation in the lyrical works of Liang Wern Fook||Authors:||蔡丽婷 Chua, Li Ting||Keywords:||DRNTU::Humanities::Language::Chinese||Issue Date:||2019||Abstract:||从古至今，音乐在人们的生活中扮演着举足轻重的角色。20世纪80年代，新加坡兴起了一股“新谣运动”的热潮。所谓“新谣”，顾名思义是指新加坡年轻人自创的歌谣，唱出了人们在成长过程的心声。但是，新加坡经过多次的教育政策改革后，华文教育和文化的地位逐渐滑落。在此背景下，新谣灵魂人物——梁文福，大力地推广“新谣”这个本地文化。至今，许多学者在研究新谣这个课题时，多数以整体性论述，少有学者深入地探讨新谣歌词背后的内涵。本文主要以新谣灵魂人物——梁文福为研究对象，探讨他在新谣前后时期具有代表性的词曲。笔者将把重点分为三个部分：一、青春文化，即爱情、友情和亲情；二、怀念校园时光和童年回忆；三、国家课题，包括国族叙事、离散华人和对新一代的担忧。本文的目的是为了歌颂与纪念建国一代对新加坡的付出，并提高新一代年轻人对于新谣的认知。Music plays a pivotal role in the daily lives of people since ancient times. In the 1980s, the “Xinyao Movement” was spontaneously initiated by Singaporeans. “Xinyao” refers to songs that are composed by young Singaporeans. However, after the reform of various education policies in Singapore, the status of Chinese education and culture has gradually declined. Under this context, Liang Wern Fook, the key figure of Xinyao, vigorously promoted the local culture of Xinyao. Thus far, many researchers discussed about the topic of Xinyao as a whole, which lacks an in-depth discussion on the various connotations behind the song lyrics. This thesis focuses mainly on the key figure of Xinyao - Liang Wern Fook, and his representative songs before and after the Xinyao period. This thesis will be divided into three main parts: Firstly, youth culture, which includes, love, friendship and family ties. Secondly, nostalgia for campus time and childhood memories. Thirdly, national issues, including national narratives, chinese diaspora and the rising trends of new generation that are deemed worrisome.
